The aggressors shoot shots and attack the compound as Wickland takes Stevens and Sean Smith (Christopher Dungli) into the frenzy room. Knowing they can’t soften up there, the activists start pouring diesel fuel everywhere throughout the floor to blaze the men out. The fire is lit, bringing substantial smoke into the frenzy room. Wickland makes it out yet winds up losing Stevens and Smith. The men at The Annex are educated of the assault and need to take off to help, however the Chief declines to send them out for dread that The Annex will be vulnerable. The group neglects their requests and heads over to Special Mission. Subsequent to arriving, Jack and Rone discover Smith dead from smoke inward breath. More aggressors make a beeline for The Annex and proceed with their assault against the Americans. The group fires back and keeps on protecting the compound, notwithstanding going under overwhelming flame. The aggressors fall back and attempt to regroup, as does the group. Glen and his group land to offer assistance. The group is reached to discover that Stevens’ body was found, and that he kicked the bucket of smoke inward breath.
The Annex is reached and told that more help is en route. Before long, the aggressors return and dispatch a mortar strike against The Annex. These men from the Libyan armed force accumulate the Americans and convey them to a landing strip. The groups of Stevens, Smith, Rone, and Glen are recouped and taken. The Chief picks not to get on the plane back home until Jack stands up to him and requests him to in the wake of reminding him he is mostly in charge of a portion of the lives lost in the assault.
Before leaving, Jack calls Becky to let her know he is alright. He separates crying when he advises her that Rone didn’t make it. As the plane arrives, Jack reveals Rone’s body to take a gander at him one final time.
